“The New Oxyturbo Headquarters Project, Lonato del Garda (BS)
The project for the new Oxyturbo headquarters in Lonato del Garda (BS) is an excellent example of contemporary industrial architecture, combining functionality, sustainability, and attention to workers’ well-being. The need to unify the three existing production sites into a single hub led to the creation of a cutting-edge building capable of optimizing operational processes and improving energy efficiency. This investment reflects the company’s commitment to enhancing internal logistics and preparing for future production challenges.

Material selection played a crucial role in the design and construction of the structure. The new headquarters was built using prestressed reinforced concrete prefabricated panels, chosen for their robustness and durability. These panels, featuring thermal break technology, provide high thermal insulation, contributing to energy savings and indoor comfort. The building’s façades combine aesthetics and functionality, with elegant finishes that blend harmoniously into the industrial setting.

The roof, designed with wing-shaped beams, utilizes TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) waterproof membranes, a seamless material that ensures perfect water resistance and long-term durability. This approach minimizes future maintenance needs, enhancing the building’s overall efficiency.

On top of the roof, photovoltaic panels have been installed to generate clean energy, contributing to energy self-sufficiency and reducing the company’s carbon footprint. This focus on environmental aspects aims to achieve LEED certification, an international recognition for sustainable construction that rewards energy efficiency and reduced environmental impact.

The building has also been designed with special attention to interior spaces, which benefit from abundant natural light thanks to the strategic use of glass surfaces. The chosen materials, in addition to being sustainable, create a comfortable and modern working environment, improving employee productivity and well-being. The interaction between natural and artificial elements creates an ideal balance, reflecting the innovative vision of Oxyturbo and Magnetti Building.

This project is not just a milestone for the company but also a model for future industrial construction, demonstrating how innovation and sustainability can be integrated to generate long-term value.
