• ordinary maintenance, typically provided through a scheduled maintenance contract, such as Magnetti Building Care, this covers roofing, sealing, systems, skylights and internal and external protective painting.
• extraordinary maintenance includes structural work, safety upgrades, special interventions, demolition, restoration following fire, impacts, or other damage-causing events, disassembly and reassembly, modifications, replacement of manufactured components, as well as lifeline installations and fall protection systems.
