PILASTRI IS MAGNETTI BUILDING'S PATH TO SUSTAINABILITY
At Magnetti Building, we have defined our path to sustainability through the “Pilastri” (Pillars) structural elements—often invisible or hidden—but essential to support a credible, ethical, sustainable, forward-thinking and people-centred model of the future.
Our approach encompasses initiatives, ideas, perspectives, activities, stories and concrete objectives, each representing a different pillar of sustainability. These pillars are communicated through a unique and recognisable language to give a solid foundation to our sustainable strategy.
CHANGING REALITY,
ONE PROJECT AT A TIME
For Magnetti Building, sustainability is a determining factor in guiding our governance decisions, development strategies and social initiatives.
As a result, our Sustainability Report stands as one of the cornerstones of our structure. It highlights our achievements, sets out our future goals, celebrates our social and community contributions, and bears witness to our growing commitment to people and the environment.
SUSTAINABLE,
FROM THE FACTORY TO YOUR BUILDING
We are committed to supporting the transition to a circular economy through an integrated approach that spans every phase of a building’s creation, from design to construction, to the management and maintenance of the building over time.
The creation of a closed-loop factory, the use of recycled materials, EPD certifications for the entire range of structural elements, sustainable site management and a range of solutions aligned with environmental sustainability protocols such as LEED, BREEAM and CAM: choosing Magnetti Building means creating components and buildings that have a positive impact on the environment, the land and people.

FROM CARVICO TO THE HEART OF THE PEOPLE
The present and future actions taken to make our business more sustainable extend to actively supporting causes, activities, initiatives and projects that benefit children, women and men in disadvantaged situations.
A path of involvement and genuine participation, driven by our deep commitment to prioritising people and their humanity. We aim to make a meaningful impact by beginning at the heart of our production, expanding our reach to touch more lives, share more stories and bring more smiles.
In particular, we support projects on:
• a local level
• a national level
• an international level

BERGAMO PRISON
From supporting the “Spazi()” magazine to the activities of the textile and bread-making workshops. Since 2023, we have been working with the Bergamo Prison to create new avenues for dialogue and valuable opportunities for growth, contributing to the development of a cohesive community made up of people.
This well-structured project positions us as a positive force within the province of Bergamo, addressing important social issues and fostering meaningful change.
