COMPANY PREMISES THAT QUANTIFY THE SUCCESS OF CAFFÈ VERGNANO
Market demand increases as does the Piedmont-based Company, a leader in the quality coffee roasting sector both in Italy and abroad. Therefore, a new plant, for which Magnetti Building has availed of all of its extensive know-how gained within the low environmental impact construction sector. The new building, initially designed as a warehouse and logistic centre, yet while the works were still in progress, it was decided that it was to be used for the production of Èspresso, the most important Caffè Vergnano project over recent years. The Company has been a successful competitor for 130 years on the international coffee market and it represents a symbol of the excellence of a good espresso coffee made in Italy distributed worldwide. Today, run by Carlo and Franco Vergnano, respectively chairman and CEO, the Company has 90 employees and exports its products to 61 countries in the world.

The doubling of the premises in the new construction has enabled the Company to increase its production capacity and, at the same time, to optimise the constant attention it pays to the quality of the product, while always guaranteeing an artisanal processing system that fully respects the environment.

The new warehouse and production areas were designed in compliance with the same eco-sustainable values that distinguish the policy of the Company, committed to the use of recyclable materials for its packaging as well as the reduction of waste and emissions.

The walls in some areas are characterised by a cladding system consisting of climbing plants, in others they have an architectural style defined by visible box-shaped concrete panels, while the walls on the central block have been painted an institutional black, the colour that distinguishes the Company.
