Magnetti Building manufactures standard or high solar reflectance customised spacers and skylights. Opaque or transparent spacers can be arranged between the tiles, consisting of a panel made from different combinations of sheet metal and fibre-reinforced concrete, with the option to incorporate both curved and straight elements.

The flexibility of these accessories, combined with the production capacity tailored to each sector’s roofing systems, allows spacers and skylights to be fully customisable, even with shed and EFC elements.

In addition, Magnetti Building’s modifiable skylights can be integrated into the roofing system, adapting perfectly to changes in the internal layout of a building. They are easy to replace without requiring any modifications to the structure or waterproofing system.
