THE PERFECT COMBINATION OF FUNCTIONALITY AND PRACTICALITY
Collars are construction elements made of vibrated concrete. They are placed on the foundation blinding before casting the in-situ base plate, creating the footing sized according to static calculations. They can accommodate pipes for rainwater drainage and ensure maximum speed and quality during site installation.
MAXIMUM STRUCTURAL STABILITY
The connection systems between the column and the foundation are created using bars that extend from the underside of the column and are inserted into specially corrugated sleeves, which are pre-embedded in the foundation casting. These are then filled and leveled with special non-shrink grouts.
This process includes the supply of the foundation template (handled by the positioning company) as well as all necessary equipment and materials for installation, such as props, non-shrink grout, and leveling plates.
AN EFFICIENT FLOW OF VEHICLES AND GOODS
Loading bay wall panels are made of prefabricated concrete, designed to create the correct height difference between the warehouse dock and the loading yard level. Each panel can be precisely shaped to accommodate the hydraulic ramp.
