Magnetti Building’s range of prefabricated roofing systems combines functionality, aesthetics and style. Composed of modules pre-finished in the factory, the prefabricated roofing systems ensure high weather resistance, maximum thermal insulation and excellent ventilation and lighting conditions.
With a variety of finishes and paint options, spaces can be fully customised to suit their intended use. All Magnetti Building roofing systems are equipped with the Acqua-stop® system and can be combined with zenithal skylights and shed solutions. Additionally, roofing systems with BRoof features further elevate safety standards, reinforcing Magnetti Building’s commitment to reliable solutions.
Lastly, thanks to in-house production capabilities and expertise, Magnetti Building minimises on-site setup times, significantly lowering construction costs while prioritising the protection and safety of operators.
TECNOPLAN®
TAILOR-MADE ROOFS FOR EVERY PROJECT
Tecnoplan® is the prestressed reinforced concrete structure for large spans and slender sections, with the option of open or closed end caps. It boasts fire resistance of up to 120 minutes (open caps) or 180 minutes (closed caps). It can be used in buildings with non-orthogonal sides (up to 45°), supports overhangs and integrates large transparent surfaces or oriented light roofs.
Each Tecnoplan® roofing system is available in heights of 85 cm, 100 cm, or 120 cm, with spans up to 32 metres and lengths customisable to the centimetre.
Customisable
Magnetti Building roofs are available with open or closed ends, a paint finish of your choice, the option to install lifelines, and spacings that can be transparent (zenithal and shed), fixed or openable, and opaque (curved or straight). Maximum customisation for every project and intended use.
Versatile
Tecnoplan® structures are easily combined with oriented light domes (macroshed) and are prepared for the installation of technological systems. Versatile and tailor-made roofing systems that meet the specific needs of each project.

NEWPLAN®
MAXIMUM LIGHTING, MINIMUM FOOTPRINT
Newplan® is a prestressed concrete structure featuring open headers, an elegant shape and innovative performance, with fire resistance up to 180 minutes. It is suitable for buildings with non-orthogonal sides (up to 45°), supports overhangs, protects against weathering and provides excellent thermal insulation, lighting and ventilation, enhancing the comfort of all the spaces below.
The Newplan® roofing system is available in heights of 60-100 cm, with spans up to 18 metres and lengths that can be defined to the centimetre.

FLAT SYSTEM
THE GEOMETRY OF THE ROOF
The flat system consists of a pre-stressed reinforced concrete structure and is the ideal solution for all projects involving flat roofs, intermediate decks and green roofs. This roofing system comes in two versions: Pigreco (flat tile with TT section) and Omega, both produced in heights of 35-50-65-85-100 cm.
In particular, the geometry of Omega guarantees excellent fire resistance and allows for the creation of a protected compartment within a hollow section, designed for the passage of systems. The ceiling constructed features a coffered profile on the inside.
The Pigreco version (TT range) is combined with reinforced cement slabs and uses special fibre-reinforced concrete mixtures. It offers reduced ceiling thicknesses, increased fire resistance, faster construction times and more design flexibility. The flat system is the perfect choice for upgrading existing constructions and for new constructions.
