Prefabricated foundations

The quality of a building can be seen from its foundations.

Plinths
These are made from vibrated concrete and are laid on reinforced sub-foundation slabs installed on site, to be sized depending on the loads and characteristics of the soil.

Collars
These are made from vibrated concrete and are laid on a lean concrete foundation slab prior to casting the base plate installed on site, to be sized depending on the design loads.

Column-to-foundation connections
This is a connection system between the column and the foundation created by means of bars coming out of the intrados of the column to be inserted into appropriate corrugated conduits previously embedded into the foundation casting and subsequent filling and levelling with specific non-shrink mortars. This includes the provision of the foundation profile (to be borne by the company in charge of carrying out the positioning operations) as well as all the equipment/material to perform the installation procedure (raking struts, anti-shrink mortar, shim plates …).
