Among the solutions created by Magnetti Building, the Planet microshed roofing system of the building to be used for production activities. The planimetric organisation is the result of design choices made aimed at constructing an industrial building intended to be used for the manufacturing of automated machinery to create footwear as well as an office/service block hosting the administration department, the representation offices and the management headquarters. The building to be used as the production department was built by Magnetti Building using a prefabricated, prestressed reinforced concrete structure as well as a Planet microshed roofing system that guarantees a uniform zenithal lighting, excellent for precision mechanical manufacturing activities. The structure was completed with an infill wall consisting of prefabricated, insulated panels with a river gravel finish.

When entering the premises, the first impact is given by the large, bright hall around the stairwell, overlooking the double-height, fully-glazed entrance hall. From here, it is possible to access the administrative offices that are in direct contact with the production department.

Instead, on the first floor, there are the representation offices and the meeting rooms. All the areas in the office block are characterised by large windows that overlook the production lines while maintaining a kind of visual continuity between the two environments.

Different choices have led to the definition of the office block, ranging between the combination of materials (such as steel and glass) to the prefabricated structure, resulting in a simplicity of performance and strong prospective impact.
