CONTINUITY OF STYLE FOR A 10-YEAR DEVELOPMENT PLAN
Evolving without ever losing its own identity, renewing itself year after year while maintaining its distinctive traits, developing business by providing a continuity of style to every single detail. These are the leitmotivs of a corporate history that began over 25 years ago and which is based mainly on a relationship of trust established between two large industrial groups: Ficep S.p.A has renewed its partnership with Magnetti Building in order to develop the 10-year industrial plan that envisages the evolution of the industrial plant, starting from the first building that was erected in the 1990s. At that time, its apparently simple shape and well-defined details made this building a trendsetter for future architectural styles and languages: a parallelepiped resting on a sloping lawn, large windows, circular porthole windows and triangular skylights provide natural light to the carefully planned areas.
