The industrial plant was revisited by defining the shape of the architectural building enclosure in painstaking detail: the volume divided into two vertical floors, that rests on an exposed concrete base, a massive shape that fluidly accompanies the outline of the hill behind into which the building integrates thanks to the hanging gardens and vertical greenery.

The 2,400 m2 of total useful floor area is enclosed by perimeter panels with smooth concrete bottom formwork finish for the internal and external surfaces of the base, while the design of external surface of the first floor has a motif characterised by a texture that provides the architectural building enclosure both tactile and symbolic significance.

The walls are covered by local shrubs and plants, natural backdrops recreated thanks to the support provided by concrete panels and linear steel mesh onto which the climbing plants, with a complex waterproofing system that guarantees the insulation of the entire structure and the correct drainage of groundwater.
