TESSITURA DI NOSATE AND SAN GIORGIO, THE CLIMATE BECOMES IDEAL
The headquarters of Tessitura di Nosate and San Giorgio is located in Santo Stefano Ticino, in the province of Milan. The Company, a leader in the production of raw fabrics for clothing and furnishing sectors, made-to-measure to meet customers’ requirements, needed to be able to avail itself of a building that could host all the offices under the same roof adjavent to large production warehouses, covering a total surface area of 2,000 m2 on two floors, to which approximately 9,000 m2 for the yarn preparation weaving departments, the central heating plant, the yarn warehouse, the fabric controlling department and the finished roll goods warehouse. All the interior areas rotate and are arranged around the drum described, from the main staircase, that breaks through the first floor and is completed by a large skylight on the roof, useful to provide both lighting and natural ventilation for the entire building.
