1) PURPOSES, METHODS, AND LEGAL BASES FOR DATA PROCESSING

This privacy policy applies exclusively to the online activities of this website and is valid for its visitors/users. It does not apply to information collected through channels other than this website. The purpose of the privacy notice is to provide maximum transparency regarding the information collected by the website and how it is used.

This website currently uses the Google AdWords remarketing functionality, which involves installing an HTML code on all pages of the Magnetti Building website.

This code does not allow those managing the remarketing campaign, those installing the HTML code necessary to activate the remarketing function, or those viewing the Magnetti Building website statistics to obtain personal or sensitive information about the tracked users. These data are processed by Google anonymously for the sole purpose of carrying out the advertising campaign and are not provided to third parties in any way.

The remarketing function is used solely for business purposes related to Magnetti Building, based on mutual synergy agreements within the group.

At the end of the campaign, the code will be uninstalled to prevent the tracking of other users for initiatives outside the current one.
