CUSTOMISED ARCHITECTURAL PREFABRICATION
FOR INNOVATIVE PROJECTS

Magnetti Building creates bespoke products and solutions to bring life to innovative prefabricated buildings that seamlessly blend diverse approaches and worlds, uniting tradition with modernity. It collaborates closely with architects, designers and customers to maximise the customisation of prefabricated elements, incorporating the most advanced, sustainable materials and cutting-edge technologies to bring buildings, structures and façades to life.
A perfect balance of quality and quantity, merging customisation with industrialised production. Magnetti Building’s architectural prefabricated solutions ensure that deadlines and costs are consistently met while reducing the risk of on-site accidents and offering architects exceptional design flexibility. Functionality, aesthetics, innovation, technology, and sustainability—perfectly encapsulated in two words: architectural prefabrication.

The fusion of form and creativity
Architectural prefabrication makes it possible to create unique design elements and buildings with millimetre precision. From custom shapes and materials to colours, surface finishes, performance and textures—every aspect is fully customisable, allowing for the design of unique and recognisable buildings and façades.
The selection of innovative materials
The architectural prefabrication model is combined with research and the selection of unique and innovative materials. These solutions make it possible to integrate aesthetic appeal with superior energy performance, while consistently ensuring that the timelines and costs typical of industrialised production are met.
The guarantee of total sustainability
Architectural prefabrication allows for the production of modules and buildings in the factory, following sustainable management models, ensuring higher safety and quality standards and obtaining the necessary product certifications. Sustainable buildings are created using the prefabrication technique.
Digital technological innovation
Architectural prefabrication creates a perfect synergy between construction and technological innovation. From Building Information Modelling (BIM) to the integration of customised technological elements, such as photovoltaic systems, alarm systems and global monitoring of the building, capable of preventing the need for extraordinary maintenance.

RESTORATION OF THE DONIZETTI THEATRE IN BERGAMO
Magnetti Building played a key role in the restoration and redevelopment of the Gaetano Donizetti Theatre in Bergamo. Leveraging the endless customisation possibilities of prefabricated elements, coupled with an in-depth colourimetric analysis and selection of surface finishes, Magnetti Building combined its production and site management expertise to breathe new life into a historic landmark, preserving its legacy of over 200 years.

THIS WAS A VERY SPECIAL PROJECT, VERY INNOVATIVE FOR MAGNETTI BUILDING. IN FACT, WE CREATED OVER 800 FAçADE ELEMENTS AND MORE THAN 800 SLABS USING A COMPLETELY NEW MATERIAL AND DESIGN PROCESS. THE CHALLENGE WAS TO CREATE A LIGHTWEIGHT CLADDING WITH A SURFACE FINISH THAT WOULD BLEND SEAMLESSLY WITH THE EXISTING ARCHITECTURE.
