Magnetti Building's activities are centred on supporting measures that improve skills and protect people. This concrete commitment is evident as the company works towards obtaining 45001 safety certifications.

From an integrated welfare plan to an increase in training hours, from a stronger focus on diversity and inclusion to a reduction in workplace accidents, for Magnetti Building, people are an invaluable resource to be supported and protected.

Magnetti Building's focus on environmental sustainability spans production processes, products and overall energy performance.

Since 2011, the closed-cycle factory has enabled the internal recovery and disposal of waste. Furthermore, the company has obtained EPD certifications for all its structural elements and actively collaborates with universities and research centres to develop high-performance, sustainable materials.
